Raincloud helps the Raincoat Games team understand and operate our Roblox experiences — measuring engagement, balancing gameplay, and scheduling in-game events. Access is invite-only and limited to authorized staff.
Solely to operate, analyze, and improve Raincoat Games' experiences and internal operations. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it outside Raincoat Games except with the infrastructure providers required to run the service, or where required by law.
Team members are required to protect the information in this tool and to use it only for legitimate Raincoat Games purposes. Access is controlled and can be revoked at any time, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard the data we hold.

We keep analytics data only as long as it is useful for game operations, and remove or aggregate it thereafter.
